If you have
not received your Manulife.ca registration code, please contact the Manulife customer service number: 1-800-268-6195 and one
will be sent to you via e-mail. Once you receive your activation code you
can register for the Manulife website here: https://wwwec7.manulife.com/GBPlanMemberUI/Register.aspx?language=English
DRUG CARDS
By now you should have received your new drug card displaying our new policy
#30678, your 9 digit individual certificate number and on the reverse is the
Mondial Emergency Medical Travel Assistance information plan #9505. Effective December 10th 2009 the
new policy #30678 became effective. Please begin using your new drug card right
away. If you have not received your new drug card please contact the Fund
office at 778-329-4455 or 1-866-366-9667.
CLAIMS SUBMISSIONS
Please note the Fund’s new policy number is #30678 (replaces our previous
policy number of #4524) for ALL medical and dental benefits. New claims forms
are now available for download from the Download Forms section of
this website. Please discard all of your old claim forms as the policy number
and address will be incorrect.
PHARMACY
If you forget to bring your new card to your regular
pharmacy, you can advise them that we are on the Manulife
System and our new carrier code is 02 as well as the new policy #0030678.
DENTAL
If your dentist submits your claims electronically, please advise them
of our new policy number #30678 and that we are being reimbursed
through the Manulife claims system (versus the
Maritime/Aetna system that has paid our claims for years).
